Description:

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a 3D printer to the Institute of Agrophysics B. Dobrzański Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin.

2. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of a 3D printer to the Institute of Agrophysics B. Dobrzański Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin - 1 item

4. List of required technical and operational parameters Annex 1 to the ToR

4. Requirements for the subject of the contract:

4.1. The Employer requires the delivery of brand new equipment, undamaged, not regenerated, not previously the subject of exhibitions and presentations, complete, ready for use after installation (i.e. without any additional purchases and investments), not encumbered by the rights of third parties.

4.2. The warranty and service conditions cannot be worse than the warranty and service conditions of the manufacturer of the offered equipment.



1. Working area in each of the dimensions not less than 22x22x28 cm

2. Filament drying system (filament fed in the chamber)

3. Fully closed structure (maintaining a constant temperature in the chamber)

4. Heated work table to a minimum of 110 about C

5. Automatic work table positioning

6. Accurate and actual positioning in the Z axis below 1 micrometer and X, Y axes below 3.5 micrometer

7. Resolution of the print layers at least in the range from 100 - 400 microns

8. The ability to work with nozzles in the range of at least 0.25 - 0.8 mm

9. Table adapted for printing heavy models supported by at least 4 supports and driven by at least two ball screws

10. Open filament system (the ability to print from any type of filament, both in terms of type and manufacturer)

11. The printer should support at least the filaments type: ABS, ASA, PLA, PEEK, PET-G, Laywood, Laybrick

12. Double-head printer with the possibility of simultaneous printing from two filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm

13. At least one of the nozzles heated to a minimum temperature of 500 C, with thermocouple temperature sensor

14. Touch screen with menu in Polish

15. Supports SD cards

16. Printer control software (supported by operating systems: Windows, Linux, owned by the Employer)

17. On-site training at the client's

18. Warranty for a minimum period of 12 months
