1. The subject of the contract is: purchase and delivery of dairy products in 2023:

Part of the order No. 1 – Garrison Elbląg (37 assortment items);

Part of the order No. 2 – Braniewo Garrison (37 assortment items);

Part of the order No. 3 – Garrison Bartoszyce (37 assortment items);

Part of the order No. 4 – Morąg Garrison (37 assortment items);

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1, 2a and 5 to the SWZ.

3. The order will be executed using the right of option. The option is to repeat the same assortment for the maximum quantities specified in the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that if the minimum quantity is equal to the maximum quantity, it means that the right of option does not apply to a given assortment item.
