The contract concerns the supply of NB-IoT static meters and other related activities (training/information activities for the personnel who will be in charge of the installation/commissioning of the new meter, as well as for the training/information to acquevenete personnel for any optional activities necessary to ensure the interoperability of the meters on third-party receiving devices and/or SACs). The supply also includes the management of the data transmission of the meters, which must be equipped with a SIM/e-SIM considering all hardware/software aspects, as well as all commercial and administrative aspects related to the establishment and management of the contractual relationship with the operator of telephone services for at least 3 (three) years.

The contract concerns the supply of NB-IoT static meters and the other activities (of which the one in point 2 as an optional service that can be activated at the request of the Client) described and detailed in the Specification, in the CSA Part 1 and 2 and CSA Part 3.
In particular, the contract consists of the supply of static cold water meters (so-called "cold water meters"). "smart meter-static"), and the following ancillary activities:
1. training/information activities for the personnel who will be in charge of the installation/commissioning of the new meter, with particular reference to the type of materials offered, the functionality of the systems envisaged and about the operating methods for carrying out the installation and start-up of the meters, as well as for training/information to Acquevenete personnel for the activities referred to in point 2 below, for a minimum of 2 days (or 4 half days), at the Client's headquarters. The costs of the service and travel and/or any refund must be included in the price offered;
2. activities necessary to ensure the interoperability of the meters on third-party receiving devices and/or SACs and to provide all the instructions/information/procedures for the enrollment of the meters in the third-party SACs and in general for the integration of the same with the servers and the management system of Acquevenete.

The goods subject to this assignment must be delivered free of charge to the warehouse of acquevenete SpA, viale Tre Venezie n. 26, Monselice (Pd).
