The present project management consultation concerns the rehabilitation and residentialization of 189 housing units in Nice Residence "Les Sagnes "To support the very important urban development of the Grand Arénas district and to maintain its heritage in good condition, Côte d'Azur Habitat has decided to rehabilitate the Residence "Les Sagnes". The studies and work will take place in an occupied environment. Sustained communication and information for tenants will be essential to the success of this program. This also implies an ability to adapt on the part of the project management team and the companies while remaining firm on the objectives. The project management team will have to offer technically simple, economical and sustainable solutions. One of the objectives of this rehabilitation is to allow tenants to save on their energy consumption and rental charges.
