The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the commune and the city of Nowe Brzesko in the period from 1.5.2020 to 30.4.2021.

The subject of the contract includes the implementation of:
1) Collection and management of the types of municipal waste indicated in the order description from owners of real estate residing in the Nowe Brzesko commune in the period from 1.5.2020 to 30.4.2021.
2) Organization of the Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection together with service and collection at the place indicated by the Employer during the term of the contract.

The obligations of the Contractor include in particular:
1. Equipping, free of charge and at own expense, real estate notified by the Employer from the commune and city of Nowe Brzesko with the necessary containers (containers) for collecting mixed waste, as well as collecting containers after the end of the contract.
2. Equipping, free of charge and at own expense, real estate notified by the Employer from the commune and the city of Nowe Brzesko with the necessary bags for the selective collection of municipal waste.
3. Equipping, free of charge and at own expense, real estate notified by the Employer from the area of the Commune and the City of Nowe Brzesko with sacks necessary to collect furnace ash.
4. Collection, transport and management of mixed and separately collected municipal waste.
5. Collection, transport and management of bulky waste, electrical and electronic equipment, and used tires during traveling collections twice a year.
6. Collection, transport and utilization of bottom ash.
7. Collection, transport and management of construction and demolition waste from minor renovations constituting municipal waste.
8. Organization of the Mobile Selective Collection of Municipal Waste together with service and collection at the place indicated by the Employer in the months June, August, October, December, February, April. At the time of launching the Commune PSZOK, the Contractor will be released from the organization of Mobile PSZOK, and as part of the contract he will be obliged to collect, transport and manage waste supplied by the residents to PSZOK.

- Municipal waste selectively collected (segregated waste) - 205,
- Furniture and other bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste tires - 130,
- Ash from hearths collected in a selective manner - 144,
- Waste from construction and renovation works - 5.50,
- expired drugs, hazardous waste generated in households, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in households as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes - 0.200.
