The subject of the contract is the supply of mixed reality devices compatible with the AR Kit library and accessories as well as licenses for 3D/VR/AR application engine and editor software in connection with the implementation of works in the PIONIER-LAB project – National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems, laboratory No. 4, elements from point 1) will be part of the "Virtual Reality Platform" built in the Project, while the licenses from point 2) will become part of the Faculty of Finance and Study entitled "Licenses to the platform of Regional "Live" Laboratories", which are part of the infrastructure of Laboratory No. 4 entitled "Regional "Live" Innovation Labs inspired by ICT" of the PIONIER-LAB – PIONIER-LAB project – National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems (Operational Programme: Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority IV: Increasing scientific and research potential, Measure 4.2: Development of modern research infrastructure of the science sector).

The subject of the contract is the supply of mixed reality devices compatible with the AR Kit library and accessories as well as licenses for 3D/VR/AR application engine and editor software in connection with the implementation of works in the PIONIER-LAB project – National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems, laboratory No. 4, elements from point 1) will be part of the "Virtual Reality Platform" built in the Project, while the licenses from point 2) will become part of the Faculty of Finance and Study entitled "Licenses to the platform of Regional "Live" Laboratories", which are part of the infrastructure of Laboratory No. 4 entitled "Regional "Live" Innovation Labs inspired by ICT" of the PIONIER-LAB – PIONIER-LAB project – National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems (Operational Programme: Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority IV: Increasing scientific and research potential, Measure 4.2: Development of modern research infrastructure of the science sector). The order was divided into 2 parts.

2. The subject of the contract is carried out for the receiving entities listed in point I.3 of the SWZ

3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract constitute an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Part IV SWZ - respectively for each of the above-mentioned parts of the contract.

4. Locations (places of delivery) of the complete subject of the contract covered by a given part of the contract together with their assignment to individual entities receiving are indicated in Annex 2 to the model contract.

5. The Contractor is obliged to provide each of the receiving entities with a quality guarantee and is obliged to perform the services resulting from it. Warranty requirements are set out in Part III of the SWZ.

6. The delivered subject of the contract must be brand new, not exhibited at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. The statement "brand new" should be understood as the subject of the order originally packed, not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to test its correct operation after production.

7. The subject of the order must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.

8. The subject of the contract supplied must come from the distribution channel of the manufacturer not excluding distribution to the Polish market and ensuring the exercise of warranty rights.

9. The subject of the order must be delivered to the indicated locations.

10. The subject of the order must be delivered to individual receiving entities together with user manuals, controllers and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the subject of the order (obtaining full functionality indicated in Part IV of the SWZ). Individual receiving entities will not be obliged to pay any additional fees, in particular license fees, and any licenses will be granted as part of the contractor's remuneration, without time and territorial limitation, unless otherwise stated in Part IV of the SWZ.

11. The delivered subject of the contract intended for power supply from the power grid must be equipped with a sufficient number of power cables allowing it to be connected to standard power sockets, unless otherwise stated in Part IV of the SWZ.

12. The subject matter of the contract offered on the date of the tender may not be provided by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale.

13. Pursuant to Article 441(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of purchasing an additional 100% of the assortment indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Price calculation for the implementation of the subject of the contract divided into individual receiving entities and in Part IV of the SWZ.
