The subject of the contract is the development of comprehensive design documentation for the extension of Zawiszy Street on the section from Podkarpacka Street in the direction to Architektów Street (without a railway crossing) along with the construction of a road from Zawiszy Street to Boya Żeleńskiego Street along with the necessary technical infrastructure, structures and construction equipment, obtaining a decision on ZRID and performing (with option rights) author's supervision over the implementation of construction works.

The subject of the contract is the development of comprehensive design documentation for the extension of Zawiszy Street on the section from Podkarpacka Street in the direction to Architektów Street (without a railway crossing) along with the construction of a road from Zawiszy Street to Boya Żeleńskiego Street along with the necessary technical infrastructure, structures and construction equipment, obtaining a decision on ZRID and performing (with option rights) author's supervision over the implementation of construction works.

The scope of the study includes the construction/extension/reconstruction of public roads (three ranges) with a total length of approx. 347+112+166+243+300 = 1168 m, of which:

Scope 1:

- Extension of Zawiszy Street from Podkarpacka Street towards Architektów Street (section 1 - to the railway crossing) to the length of approx. 347 m,

- Extension of Zawiszy Street from the railway crossing towards Architektów Street (section 2) to a length of approx. 112 m,

- Construction of the road from Zawiszy Street to Boya Żeleńskiego Street (section 3) at a length of approx. 166 m,

Range 2:

- Construction of road 1 KD on the section from 1 KZ to the border of plots 1911/5 and 1911/13 at a length of approx. 243 m,

Range 3:

- Construction of road 1 KZ - II from Podkarpacka Street to Zawiszy Street at a length of approx. 300 m.

In addition, the scope of the study includes, among others:

1) Reconstruction/extension of Podkarpacka Street to the extent necessary to extend the intersection with Zawiszy Street – if necessary

2) Reconstruction/extension of Podkarpacka Street to the extent necessary to expand the intersection with the road 1KD – if necessary

3) Reconstruction/extension of the intersection of Podkarpacka Street and Poznańska Street to the necessary extent – if necessary in connection with the extension/reconstruction of the intersection of Podkarpacka Street and Zawiszy Street

4) Reconstruction of the designed intersection of road 1KDZ with Zawiszy Street

5) Construction of the intersection of Zawiszy Street with the planned road in the direction of Boya Żeleńskiego Street

6) Construction of the intersection of the designed road with Boya Żeleńskiego Street along with the reconstruction/extension of Boya Żeleńskiego Street. Boy Zelenski to the extent necessary

7) Extension/reconstruction of the rail-road crossing of railway line No. 106 Rzeszów Główny – Jasło, in the extension of Zawiszy Street – if necessary resulting from the conditions obtained from PKP at the design stage

8) Construction/reconstruction of individual and public exits providing access to adjacent areas,

9) Reconstruction/construction of pedestrian crossings,

10) Reinforcement of existing road surfaces (if necessary),

11) Construction/reconstruction of access roads, internal roads and pedestrian routes to ensure the service of adjacent areas, local transport, legal persons and business entities, to the extent ensuring the passability of vehicles corresponding to the business profile of these persons and entities,

12) Construction of the necessary technical infrastructure,

13) Other elements resulting from technical conditions and applicable regulations,

14) Reconstruction of colliding networks to the extent necessary along with obtaining all necessary administrative decisions (including decisions on ZRID).

15) Other data for design in accordance with applicable regulations and currently applicable European Union and Polish law

The detailed scope is contained in the description of the item of the order, which is annexed to the SWZ.

In addition, the subject of the contract also includes the exercise of author's supervision over the implementation of construction works with the rights of option referred to in the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law. Estimated number of stays – 5 stays (350 IU).

Project documentation should be prepared in accordance with the Table of Design Studies (TOP). During the performance of the contract, the Contractor will perform all necessary activities necessary to perform the service covered by the subject of the contract.
