The project includes renewal and modernization of the sewerage system in the Jutland Street Quarter - Stage 1 in Horsens Midtby. Overall, the work includes separate sewerage of approx. 140 matrices for replacement of existing common line with establishment of approx. 1,500 meters of new rainwater and wastewater pipes.
The project consists of the following parts:
- Separation of rain and wastewater by the establishment of new public drainage pipes incl. wells and plugs in the Jyllandsgade neighborhood,
- Active participation in information meetings,
- Information dissemination to the landowner during the construction work,
- Make agreements with all landowners on the location of plugs on their land, as well as obtain satisfaction statements,
- Possibly. pumping station for discharging rainwater to Bygholmå with associated discharge pipe,
- Establishment of outlets and associated buildings,
- Replacement of road drainage wells incl. power lines, support layers and roadway fastening,
- Traffic regulation, ground handling and groundwater lowering.
The Tender Offer is carried out as a tender with negotiation in accordance with the Pre-Qualification Utility Directive.
The tender deals with a framework agreement regarding total contract services performed in partnering in connection with a total separate sewerage Jyllandsgadekvarteret - Stage 1 in Horsens Midtby.
The assignment is offered by Horsens Vand A / S, v / Samn Forsyning ApS. Samn Forsyning ApS combines the operation and administration of water supply and wastewater on behalf of, among others. Horsens Vand A / S, who are the contracting entities in this tender.
The proposed framework agreement is expected to enter into force on 1.1.2020 and has a term of 3.5 years, however the agreement can be terminated by Horsens Vand at any time with a notice of 3 months.
