The framework agreement without minimum or maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each batch will be assigned separately. The framework agreement concerns the supply and implementation of coated materials (hot, warm and cold-cast).
