DSB offers a nationwide framework agreement for client consultancy services, the purpose of which is to cover DSB's need for client consultancy in connection with the implementation of construction projects. The basis of the agreement is ABR18 with DSB's deviations and clarifications as well as the Service Description for Client Consultancy (YBB19) with addendum for sustainability. The framework agreement is not exclusive and without guaranteed minimum turnover. Agreements are made with 3 advisors. Consultant with priority no.1 is awarded all assignments with an estimated contract value of up to DKK 300,000 excl. VAT, If the advisor with priority 1 cannot take the task, the cascading model takes effect. The consultants, who will be awarded framework agreements under priority no. 2 and no. 3, will, together with the consultant with priority no. 1, be invited to participate in mini-tenders for tasks with an estimated contract value of DKK 300,000 excl. VAT and above. DSB expects to hold approximately 20 mini-tenders during the ordinary term of the framework agreement.
DSB's tasks are very varied within the building area, layout of stations, facilities for train operations and development of DSB's other portfolio for buildings and areas.
DSB wishes to enter into a framework agreement on client consultancy in connection with assignments for DSB throughout the country.
The tasks are primarily within buildings, forecourts, areas and railway technology. The total budget of the tasks is to a large extent up to DKr 10 million excl. VAT. Railway safety must be taken into account in all projects.
1. Buildings
The building area includes station buildings, operating and workshop buildings, housing, etc. throughout the country and in various maintenance conditions. A large part of the building stock is no longer in use for railway purposes and must be developed for other purposes, sold or demolished depending on the potential of the buildings.
The consultant must provide services within the entire service description YBB19, including
- Preparation of concept paper and building program
- Preparation of condition report
- Performing energy labelling
- Carrying out environmental screening
- Bygherrerådgivning i hovedentreprise
- Sustainability
2.Stations and Areas
At the stations, DSB often collaborates with municipalities, Banedanmark and transport companies on the design of forecourts, traffic terminals and facilities such as bicycle parking and car parking.

- Prepare master plans
3. Jernbaneinfrastruktur (-technical)
DSB owns company tracks and catenary systems at approx. 10 locations in Denmark and has tasks within maintenance, renovation, adaptation and new establishment of tracks and facilities for train operation.
The consultant must provide services within the entire service description, including

4. Rental and real estate strategy
DSB has rental units within commercial leases, homes, areas and garden plots. The leases are to a large extent found in station buildings and buildings that have previously been used for the operation of the railway. DSB's tasks include developing property strategies for individual buildings and for portfolios of buildings.
