In the 1st basement (approx. 60% area of the construction site) are the sales stands

3) Information about the construction site
3.1) Location of the construction site
Elisabethplatz, 80796 Munich, parcel no. 4556/24, 4556/27, 4556/28
The construction project is located in Munich's Schwabing-West district.
The site borders the green space of Elisabethplatz to the north, Nordendstraße to the east,
south to the former property of Stadtwerke München (parcel number 4552) and to the west
to Arcisstraße.
West of the green area of Elisabethplatz is the Municipal Vocational School for Automotive Engineering
- Railway - Running operation.
The northern edge of the building site is bordered by a stock of trees that are worthy of protection.
The southern edge of the building plot is supported by the construction site for a new building of the
Stadtsparkasse München.
Due to the inner-city location, construction site conditions are limited.

3.2) Access to the construction site
