The subject of the contract is the performance of the service of collection and management of a whole mass of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents of the City of Piotrków Trybunalski from sector III live or partially live. The subject of the contract is the performance of the service of collection and management of a whole mass of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents of the City of Piotrków Trybunalski from sector III live or partially reside:
1) from inhabited or partially inhabited property:
(a) mixed municipal waste;
(b) municipal waste collected selectively, broken down into:
plastic waste (including packaging polystyrene), metals and multi-material packaging - container (marked) or bag in yellow,
paper and cardboard - container(marked) or bag in blue,
glass packaging - container (marked) or bag in green,
bio-waste – container (marked) or bag in brown color,
bulky waste (other than hazardous waste not contained in containers, including furniture, trolleys, carpets, carpets, duvets, Christmas trees, windows, sanitary ceramics), waste electrical and electronic equipment and textiles.
2) expired drugs from pharmacies.
2. The Ordering Party requires that during the implementation of the subject of the contract
1) the share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2(33) of the Act of 20 June 1997.
- Road traffic law ((motor vehicle, the design of which allows driving
at a speed exceeding 25 km/h; this term does not include agricultural tractors used in the implementation of this Contract is at least 10 % in accordance with
Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels,
(2) the share of electric vehicles or hydrogen-powered vehicles in the fleet of vehicles used in the implementation of this Agreement shall relate to the categories of:
N1 (motor vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of goods and having a maximum laden mass not exceeding 3,5 t),
was at least 22% in accordance with Article 68a(1)(1) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels – this share includes hybrid or natural gas vehicles with a maximum emission of 50 g CO2/km and emissions of pollutants in real driving conditions below 80% of the emission limit values,
(3) the share of alternatively fuelled vehicles in the fleet of vehicles in use in the implementation of this Agreement shall relate to the following categories:
N2 (motor vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of goods and having a maximum laden mass exceeding 3,5 t but not exceeding 12 t),
N3 (motor vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of goods and having a maximum laden mass exceeding 12 t),
was at least 7% in accordance with Article 68a(1)(2) of the Act of 11 January 2018.

3. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation of the contractor to perform key tasks personally.
