Description:
Operation of a selective municipal waste collection point located at 6 Fabryczna Street in Białogard in the period from 2 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.

The subject of the contract is the operation of a selective municipal waste collection point at 6 Fabryczna Street in Białogard in the period from 2 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, which includes the provision of municipal waste collection services from property owners at the Municipal Waste Collection Centre, the maintenance of a selective municipal waste collection point built by the City of Białogard and the management of municipal waste collected in the Municipal Waste Collection Centre.

The subject of the contract includes: 1. Receipt of fees for municipal waste management from the City of Białogard (covered by the municipal waste management system):

• inhabited, • mixed, which are partly real estate where residents live, and partly properties where no residents live, and municipal waste is generated), • uninhabited areas where no residents live and municipal waste is generated, where only public and non-public nursery schools, schools, institutions, counselling centres and centres covered by the school education system are operated, as referred to in Article 2(1)-(8) of the Act of 14 December 2016 – Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 900, as amended), and crèches and kids clubs referred to in Article 2(1) and Article 8(1) of the Act of 4 February 2011 on Care for Children up to 3 Years of Age (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 204) municipal waste separated on the property from the municipal waste stream in accordance with the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Białogard, according to the types specified in paragraph 2 and the management of this waste, including: 1) free admission to the PSZOK from the property owners referred to in paragraph 1 of the waste: a) paper - paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste; (b) metals - metal waste, including metal packaging waste;

(c) plastics - plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste; (d) multi-material packaging waste; e) glass - colourless and coloured glass waste, including glass packaging waste; f) bio-waste - biodegradable green and packaging waste, food and kitchen waste from households, plant parts from the maintenance of green areas, including tree branches and roots, Christmas trees; (g) hazardous waste, including: light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, toners, etc.; (h) painted and impregnated wood; (i) expired medicines; (j) chemicals, including paints, solvents, waste oils, fire extinguishers, packaging of chemicals, including aerosols, etc.; (k) waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking injectable medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; (l) waste batteries and accumulators; l) waste electrical and electronic equipment, including: household appliances, audio/video devices, mobile phones, chargers, etc.; m) furniture and other bulky waste, including: carpets, carpets, large packaging waste made of wood, paper, plastics, metal, glass and textiles, etc., (n) textile and clothing waste; o) used tires from households, in the amount of 4 tires per calendar year, from one property developed with a single-family residential building or from one residential unit on a property developed with a multi-unit building; (p) construction and demolition waste from households in the amount of up to 400 kg per calendar year from one property developed with a single-family residential building or from one dwelling unit on a property developed with a multi-unit building; and their management; 2) paid acceptance of waste from households, in the amount of more than 4 tires, b) construction and demolition waste from households, in the amount of more than 400 kg, from one property developed with a single-family residential building or from one residential unit on a property developed with a multi-unit building in 2024 on the terms and at the price specified in the resolution of the City Council in Białogard on the types of additional services provided by the City in collection of municipal waste from property owners and management of this waste at this price.
