The subject of the Contract is the execution of works related to the connection of customers of the fourth and fifth connection groups in the area of operations of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Będzin in accordance with the material scope indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement entitled "List of net expenditure rates" together with the Rules for commissioning works related to the connection of customers (IV and V connection groups), on the basis of individual orders, referred to in the Draft Agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 12 to the Terms of Reference.
