In connection with their task completion, the client requires external ePA

Support services in the field of telematics infrastructure in connection with committee work, software and app development and other IT services and work services in the statutory health insurance environment.

UX-Design

As part of the development of applications for statutory health insurance, the client needs support in the further development of digital applications within the framework of the telematics infrastructure (TI).

These applications are intended to support the insured person of the statutory health insurance funds in the management of his personal health data and to ensure direct and protected access to his data.

The focus of this service is on the further development of the so-called electronic patient record (EHR).

The tasks include in particular:

- Application of gematik specifications regarding user experience and graphical representation (UX/UI design).

- Support in the development of the graphic design of the ePA app based on the gematik specifications.

- Support in the conception, planning and implementation of the further development of the ePA app, taking into account the development of the applications in the TI in interaction with the e-prescription app

- Advising health insurance companies in the area of user experience in compliance with gematik specifications.

- The contractor ensures a complete and always up-to-date provision of the UX designs within the Confluence documentation and Jira

- The contractor develops complex interactive prototypes with at least 200 interlinked screens. The contractor develops the prototype using the tool Sketch

- The contractor also supports the recording and evaluation of requirements for the ePA app within the framework of customer workshops. This is done taking into account the gematik specifications.

In this lot, annual individual orders of 400 days' work per year (so-called estimated quantity) are assumed. For the maximum term of the framework agreement (up to 4 years including extension options), this results in an estimated order volume of 1600 days. The maximum order volume (maximum quantity) is estimated at 2400 Tagewerke (= 150% of the estimated quantity) based on the maximum term of 4 years.

In order to be able to tender for this lot in the context of the invitation to tender for the conclusion of the framework agreement, the tenderer must be able to perform at least 150 days' work per year.

TI Processes

As part of the development of applications for statutory health insurance, the client needs support in the further development of digital applications within the framework of the telematics infrastructure (TI).

Digital applications are a focal point in the further development of the so-called electronic patient record (EHR).

The advertised services include in particular:

- Advice on the implementation of the gematik specifications with regard to the TI processes/products at the client's site

- Specialist concept for the electronic patient record according to SGB V

- Transfer of the gematik specifications / specifications into specifications for product development for the ePA frontend of the insured

- Coordination and project-internal communication regarding TI processes/products with the client's customers (statutory health insurance funds)

- Support in gematik approval procedures for industrial partners

- Assessments of the effects of the developments of gematik at the client and on the primary system manufacturers for the doctors and clinics in private practice

- Support in recording and evaluating requirements for the ePA app in the context of customer workshops. This is done taking into account the gematik specifications.

Architecture consulting for applications in the TI

Digital applications are a focal point in the further development of the so-called electronic patient record (EHR).

Within the framework of this tender, service providers are sought who take on tasks in the necessary further development.

The focus in this lot is on the conception and further development of the products in the TI.

These include in particular:

- Conception of services and components in the TI from the point of view of the health insurance companies

- Support of the client in the rough conception up to the specification of services in the TI

- Assisting the client in advising on the effects of changes on the overall architecture of the components in the TI.

- Participation in the creation of higher-level documents such as concepts or overarching specifications - Architecture concept, test concept, operating concept, PKI

- Support in recording and evaluating requirements for the EHR app in the context of customer workshops.

This lot assumes annual individual orders of 400 days' work (so-called estimated quantity).
