SUCCESSIVE SUPPLY OF MEAT, COLD MEATS AND ANIMAL FATS

Part I – supplies of fresh meat, pork, beef, lard and lard.

Part II — Supplies of fresh meat and poultry sausages

The Ordering Party places orders by phone or fax three days in advance.

Deliveries must be made once a day from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 to 11:00, on Fridays, the last day of the month and the days preceding holidays from 7:30 to 9:00.

The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract in the quantities and deadlines specified by the Contracting entity together with the original invoice and the HDI document (Commercial Identification Document). The goods must not show signs of deterioration, damage or staleness. Labels are required on each product in accordance with Regulation No. 1169/2011 on the labelling of the foodstuff (name of the manufacturer, name of the product, shelf life, storage conditions, composition, weight, etc.).
