The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2024 -up to 859 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%)7,426.77 MWh, of which:
1)For premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G (year 2023) Part 1 of the contract – 4 964.87 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ
2) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (year 2023) Part 2 of the contract – 615.94 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b of the SWZ.
3)For the purposes of road lighting (year 2023) Part 3 of the contract – 781.59 MWh – detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1c of the SWZ
4)For premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G (year 2024) Part 4 of the contract – 726.16 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1d to the SWZ
5)For premises and facilities – tariff group B (year 2024) Part 5 of the contract – 125.00 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1e of the SWZ
6)For the purposes of road lighting (year 2024) Part 6 of the contract – 213.21 MWh – the detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1F of the SWZ
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G (2023)1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 604 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 4 964,87 MWh, of which:

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. Details of the delivery times for each collection point are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities – tariff group B (2023)1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 5 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period of 615,94 MWh, of which:
Zone I 256,05 MWh
Zone II 55.72 MWh

5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.
6. Existing contracts for the supply of electricity will expire with effect from the day preceding the planned date of commencement of deliveries (column "Delivery period"). For all PPE, the change of seller will take place once again.
Supply of electricity for road lighting (2023)1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 250 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex No 1c to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 781,59 MWh, of which:

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 726.16 MWh, of which:

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period of 125,00 MWh, of which:

2. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) has been included by the contracting authority in Appendix No. 1f to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 213,21 MWh, of which:
