— supply of twenty-eight medium-haul electric trains, 3 000 V, in direct current, and 25,000 V at 50 Hz, in alternating current, maximum speed of at least 200 km/h, for service, with axle change, on the 1 668 mm and 1,435 mm lines of the RFIG, of length between 65 and 75 m and with a minimum of three cars and eight axles; approval; supply of park parts, tools and initial warehouse of spare parts; and fifteen year partial maintenance of seventeen trains,
— supply of twenty-nine commuter electric trains, 3 000 V, in direct current, and 25,000 V at 50 Hz, in alternating current, maximum speed of at least 160 km/h, to provide service, with axle change, on RFIG 1 668 mm lines, length between 70 and 80 m and with a minimum of three cars and eight axles; approval; supply of park parts, tooling and initial warehouse of spare parts.
Supply of twenty-eight medium-distance electric trains, park parts, tooling and initial spare parts warehouse and partial comprehensive maintenance for fifteen years— supply of twenty-eight medium-distance electric trains with a supply voltage of 3 000 V, in direct current, and 25,000 V at 50 Hz, in alternating current, maximum speed of at least 200 km/h, to service the electrified lines of width 1 668 mm and 1,435 mm of the RFIG and resistant to pressure waves at crossings with high-speed trains,
— supply of park parts equivalent to three basic medium-haul electric trains, first and second level maintenance tools for a workshop,
— maintenance of first and second level on seventeen basic medium-distance electric trains purchased over a period of fifteen years.
Supply of twenty-nine electric commuter trains, park parts, tooling and initial spare parts warehouse— supply of twenty-nine commuter electric trains, with supply voltage of 3 000 V, in direct current, and 25 000 V at 50 Hz, in alternating current, maximum speed of at least 160 km/h, for service on the electrified lines of width 1 668 mm and 1 435 mm of the RFIG and resistant to pressure waves at crossing with crosses with high-speed trains,
— supply of park parts equivalent to three basic electric commuter trains, tooling (within the tooling category, the bidder may include the installation of an automatic vehicle inspection system) for first and second level maintenance for a workshop and the initial warehouse of spare parts for the entire fleet.
