The Police Shared Services [Politiets fellestjenester (PFT)] in Norway, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, shall, together with the police in Finland, Sweden and Iceland, enter into framework agreements for the procurement of thermal vision devices, including monocular and binocular thermal equipment as well as service, accessories and related equipment, spare parts and necessary training. Separate framework agreements will be entered into for the PFT on behalf of the participating pubic entities in Norway, and separate framework agreements for the participating public entities in other countries.
