The subject of the order is successive delivery to the service station of the Ordering Party - address: 67-200 Głogów, Street Transport 3 - diesel fuel (hereinafter referred to as ON) exclusively for own needs, meeting the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN 590 +A 1:2017-06 /Ap 2:2018-09 “Fuel for motor vehicles — diesel oils — test requirements and methods' and quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1680). The projected demand for the ON during the period covered by the order is approximately: 1,700 000 liters, one-time delivery - 25,000 liters. The order will be carried out in two-week deliveries. Detailed dates and quantity of diesel fuel ordered shall submit to the Contractor by email 2 days prior to the scheduled date of delivery by the Ordering Party. Offered ON may be characterized by the manufacturer's establishment standards, but with qualitative parameters identical or superior to those set out in the abovementioned standard and regulation. The projected demand for the ON during the period covered by the order is approximately: 1,700 000 liters, one-time delivery - 25,000 liters. The order will be carried out in two-week deliveries. The minimum volume of one-time delivery is 25,000 liters. Detailed dates and quantity of diesel fuel ordered shall submit to the Contractor by email 2 days prior to the scheduled date of delivery by the Ordering Party. The Contractor together with the fuel will supply the quality certificates of the fuel supplied and, at the request of the Contracting Authority, shall collect samples of the supplied fuel together with the Contracting Authority. Settlement of the amount of fuel supplied will take place on the basis of a legalised autocystern meter at a reference temperature of +15oC (according to PN-ISO 91-1). At each delivery, the proof of issue (WZ) should also be attached, which should include: fuel tincture temperature, volume in m3 at tincture temperature, fuel density at +15ºC and m3 volume at +15ºC. The WZ document will be accompanied by a print from the electronic tank measuring system confirming the amount of fuel spent.
