The subject of the contract is to adapt the OP-650 boiler of unit no. 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Boiler") to the increased amount of co-incinerated biomass in order to achieve the unit's emission index at a level not higher than 550 gCO2/kWh.

The scope of the contract includes, m.in: modernization of biomass burners and the burner supply system with biomass dust and expansion of the steam blower system and water cannons (if required).

As a result of the contract, it is required to achieve the possibility of continuous co-combustion of biomass with coal with an energy share of 50% up to the boiler capacity of 505t/h and while maintaining the functionality of the boiler in terms of coal combustion.
