The present tender includes the execution of special transport to special schools and institutions primarily outside Assens Municipality.

The estimated scope of the contract is stated as the number of passenger trips per year and the number of solo trips per year and is described in Appendix A - Offered driving and Appendix A1 - Student card and Appendix A2 - Overview of geographical distribution of citizens and estimated driving volume.

The contract starts operations on 1 August 2023. The contract is valid until 31 July 2024.

This tender includes the execution of special transport to special schools and institutions outside Assens Municipality.

Changes in driving needs at the individual institutions and citizens must be expected before the start of operations and during the contract period. Driving to institutions not listed in Appendix A will therefore also be covered by the contract.
