3) systems for monitoring and managing NetFlow data flow and network devices.

2. The Awarding Entity requires award for all of the above ranges of the subject of the contract, a minimum 36-month manufacturer's warranty with service and technical support.

4. Place of delivery: the registered office of the Employer.

5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as SIWZ.

6. The detailed scope of rights and obligations related to the performance of the contract is specified in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.

7. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial and variant offers.

8. The awarding entity allows the participation of subcontractors in the performance of the contract.
