The subject of the contract is: cleaning service in buildings and external areas of the Pedagogical University of Krakow, ul. Podbrzezie 3, ul. Studencka 5, ul. Karmelicka 41, ul. Mazowiecka 43, os. Stalową 17, ul. Jęczmienna 9 (only for the outdoor area and window cleaning), ul. Ingarden 4 and the premises of the Sculpture Studio in the building at ul. Piekarska 5-7 during the period of 24 months, i.e. 1.2.2020-31.1.2022.

Service in the building at ul. Podbrzezie 3 is implemented in the period 1.2.2021-31.1.2022.

Service in the building at ul. Podbrzezie 3 is implemented in the period 1.2.2021-31.1.2022.

The Contractor bears full financial responsibility if as a result of failure to perform his duties or improper performance of his employees, damage occurs or other good of the Employer is violated. In this case, the Employer notifies the Contractor in writing, regardless of reporting the matter to law enforcement authorities (Police, City Guard) and conducts explanatory proceedings based on internal procedures applicable at the Employer's.

Maintaining cleanliness in teaching buildings - comprehensive service of maintaining cleanliness in facilities:

1. Podbrzezie 3 - internal cleaning area - 2946 m 2 (parquet, panels, stoneware, terrazzo, carpet and PVC - a detailed list of pavement types is attached);

2. Studencka 5 - internal cleaning area - 1458 m 2 (parquet, panels, stoneware, terrazzo, carpet and PVC - a detailed list of pavement types is attached);

3. Steel 17 - internal cleaning surface - 1629.00 m 2 , including: Barlinek board and parquet - 377.20 m 2 , gres and terrazzo - 1251.84 m 2 ;

4. Karmelicka 41 - 1374 m 2 (parquet, stoneware and PVC, a detailed list of pavement types is attached);

5. Mazowiecka 43 - 1290 m 2 (2 buildings - parquet, stoneware and PVC - a detailed list of pavement types is attached);

6. Piekarska 5-7 - 316 m 2 (gres and lastrico - detailed list of pavement types attached);

7. Ingarden 4 - 4779 m 2 (detailed list of pavement types attached);

- new building - 1979 m 2 (detailed list of pavement types attached).
