Location(s):

Description:

After the optical sorting installations were delivered in 2009/2012, EGE has not had a contract party who can see to the service and maintenance of the walking floor. The system that was delivered to HA in 2012 has had very heavy wear due to a lack of maintenance and more comprehensive use than what the installation was dimensioned for. It is now critical to carry out repairs and we do not know how long it will be before it breaks down. The Haraldrud facility has been in operation the longest and is the most critical as regards repairs.

The need is for a framework agreement with a service provider who has the competence and capacity to carry out:

— Inspections and condition reports

— Preventive maintenance

— Replacement of components and wearing parts

— Minor modifications

The job is divided up into 3 phases:

Phase 1: Inspection and engineering design services — tenders for the repair of the sorting installation at Haraldrud Haraldrud (HUA)

Phase 1 will commence immediately after the contract has been signed, with a condition report for HUA, the result of the condition report will be an offer for phase 2.

Phase 2: Execution of repairs at HUA

Phase 2 must be carried out in the period 20.6.2016 — 26.6.2016 as the walking floor at Haraldrud sorting facility must be upgraded for emptying waste containers.

Phase 3: Service and maintenance for a walking floor (both locations).

This phase will start after call-offs for service and maintenance.
