The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of forest management works, in particular forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nursery, as well as logging and skidding of wood resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR - description of the subject of the contract (Annex 3 to the ToR, respectively for Packages I, II, III, IV, V). The material ranges listed in Annex 3 to the ToR are estimates. Description of the rules for the procedure of acceptance of works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR. The locations (forest addresses) where the implementation of individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is initially planned are described in Annex 3 to the ToR. The locations (forest addresses) where individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are planned are preliminary and may change during the contract, with the proviso that the implementation will always take place in the forestry areas indicated for the given Package. Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending the performance of activities tables indicated in individual rows describing the subject of the order. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the number of works in one location, at the expense of reducing the number of works in another location - within the gross value of the subject of the contract. The corrections will apply to works carried out in the area relevant to the work included in the description of the subject of the contract related to the given lot. The need to increase the size of some elements of the contract being carried out in the course of the subject of the contract may also occur in order to implement the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract. The new location is determined as part of the subject of the contract. The Employer requires for packages I-IV employment by a contractor or subcontractor under a contract of employment of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and skidding wood material, if the performance of these activities consists of performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).
