The subject of the contract is specialist care services for children and young people with mental disorders, provided in a place provided by the contractor in the city of Ostrów Wielkopolski or in justified cases in the apartment of beneficiaries in the city of Ostrów Wielkopolski.

1. Teaching and developing skills necessary for independent living, including:

a) developing the skills to meet basic life needs and social functioning skills, motivating to activity, treatment and rehabilitation, conducting self-service and social skills trainings;

b) interventions and help in family life.

2. Number of hours of specialist care services for children and adolescents with mental disorders - planned number minimum 3 600 hours maximum 460 clock hours.
