Preliminary research archaeology (fieldwork and processing boreholes, test pits and trenches and registration, reporting)
Demolition of the concrete western stake
Demolition of old beach sewer
Construction of a harbour dam (incl. production of concrete Haro blocks)
Construction of a storm wall (L-wall)
Construction of a staircase at the start of the dam
Redevelopment of broken up zone in clay pavers (incl. foundations)
Construction of roads on the dam (section A-B)
Planting of marram grass and demarcation of the (embryonic) dune zone
Production and storage of a limited strategic stock of Haro blocks for future maintenance
Construction and installation of a light tower
Equipped with waiting tubes for utility lines to the light tower
Providing temporary and permanent waterway markings (tubular piles and buoys);
Preservation and relocation/relocation of an (artistic) work of art: sculpture "The Dancers V, a marine mammal invoking higher spirits" by Marguerite Humeau).
