Work on the creation of land and sports equipment, the construction of a building changing rooms stands as part of phase 1 of the construction work of a sports centre. The operation is not broken down into slices. The work is divided into seventeen lots (separate contracts). The procurement procedure used is the open tender (articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1 o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code). Lots 8, 10, 16 and 17 will be passed according to an appropriate procedure, separate from this consultation, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 2 o of the Public Order Code. Lots 1 to 6, 8 and 16 are covered by the social inclusion clause in accordance with Articles L. 2111-1, L. 2112-2 and L. 2112-4 of the Public Order Code. The overall time limit for the completion of all works shall be 16 months, including the preparation period (two months). The start of work is fixed in order of service.

Miscellaneous networks. Applicants will have to respond to a mandatory variant (VO 02-1): realization of the polypropylene wastewater network (pipeline and look) instead of PVC and cast iron.

Landscaping. Candidates will have to meet a mandatory variant (VO 03-1): passage of fences and gates to a height of 2.20 m.

Sports fields and sports equipment. Applicants will be required to respond to a possible additional benefit (PES 04-1): fence, gates and portal for natural grass training ground; and five mandatory variants (OV):

— variant VO 04-1: modification of the weighting material for synthetic grass terrain: sand to replace cork;

— variant VO 04-2: total carbon neutrality: supply and installation of sand weighted biosourced synthetic grass, cork filling with soft layer with organic sourced components;

— variant VO 04-3: passage of fences and gates at a height of 2.20 m;

— variant VO 04-4: supply and installation of veneered turf for the field of honor in natural turf;

— variant VO 04-5: supply and installation of veneered turf for the training ground in natural turf.

Big work. Candidates will have to respond to a possible additional service (PSE 05-1): stain coating on the sails of the ramps.

Wood frame, MOB and metal frame. Candidates will need to respond to the possible additional benefit (PES 06-1): openings in MOB for synthetic field view.

Seal.

Exterior carpentry. Candidates will have to respond to a possible additional service: PES 09-1: joinery in MOB for synthetic field view.

Interior joinery.
