This market is passed by the City of Tergnier acting as coordinator of grouping of orders constituted by convention of 29.11.2018. As such, the City of Tergnier is responsible for the procurement procedure on behalf of the other members (CCAS de Tergnier and EPL Conservatoire municipal de musique de Tergnier), as well as for signing and notifying the market.

Once notified, the contract is executed, each in so far as it is concerned, by the members of the grouping.

Evolve the current telephone system of the City of Tergnier, the CCAS of Tergnier and the EPL Conservatoire municipal de musique de Tergnier, towards a telephone system on Ip.

- migration of existing PABXs to IP as an outsourced solution with number portability,

- solutions and explanations for the migration of analog lines to Ip,

- the supply of fixed telephony by ip (sip or other),

- the design of the target architecture,
