The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of preparing appraisal reports for Poczta Polska S.A. under a framework agreement divided into ten tasks (lots).
1) The Contracting Authority shall conclude a framework agreement with 10/ten Contractors who submit the most advantageous offers and are not subject to exclusion and meet the conditions for participation in the procedure. If less than 10/ten bids are submitted in the procedure that are not subject to rejection and not subject to exclusion and meet the conditions for participation in the procedure, the Contracting Authority shall conclude a framework agreement with all Contractors.
2) At the stage of execution of executive orders based on a framework agreement, the unit prices offered for the performance of the operators may not be higher than in the offer constituting the basis for considering them the most advantageous.
3) After signing the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority shall each time invite all Contractors with whom framework agreements have been concluded to submit detailed tenders in the enforcement procedure.
Task No. 1 - OI Białystok1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of appraisal reports in the scope of estimating the value of the categories of real estate indicated in Annex 1 to the framework agreement.
2. As part of the performance of services covered by the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the scope and purpose of valuation specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement (regarding Task No. 1).
Task No. 10 - OI Wrocław1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of appraisal reports in the scope of estimating the value of the categories of real estate indicated in Annex 1 to the framework agreement.
2. As part of the performance of services covered by the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the scope and purpose of valuation specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement (regarding Task No. 10).
Task No. 2 - OI Gdańsk1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of appraisal reports in the scope of estimating the value of the categories of real estate indicated in Annex 1 to the framework agreement.
2. As part of the performance of services covered by the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the scope and purpose of the valuation specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement (regarding Task No. 2).
Task No. 3 - OI Katowice1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of appraisal reports in the scope of estimating the value of the categories of real estate indicated in Annex 1 to the framework agreement.
2. As part of the performance of services covered by the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the scope and purpose of valuation specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement (regarding Task No. 3).
Task No. 4 - OI Kraków1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of appraisal reports in the scope of estimating the value of the categories of real estate indicated in Annex 1 to the framework agreement.
2. As part of the performance of services covered by the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the scope and purpose of valuation specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement (regarding Task No. 4).
Task No. 5 - OI Lublin1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of appraisal reports in the scope of estimating the value of the categories of real estate indicated in Annex 1 to the framework agreement.
2. As part of the performance of services covered by the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the scope and purpose of valuation specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement (regarding Task No. 5).
Task No. 6 - OI Łódź1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of appraisal reports in the scope of estimating the value of the categories of real estate indicated in Annex 1 to the framework agreement.
2. As part of the performance of services covered by the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the scope and purpose of valuation specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement (regarding Task No. 6).
Task No. 7 - OI Poznań1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of appraisal reports in the scope of estimating the value of the categories of real estate indicated in Annex 1 to the framework agreement.
2. As part of the performance of services covered by the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the scope and purpose of valuation specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement (regarding Task No. 7).
Task No. 8 - OI Szczecin1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of appraisal reports in the scope of estimating the value of the categories of real estate indicated in Annex 1 to the framework agreement.
2. As part of the performance of services covered by the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the scope and purpose of valuation specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement (regarding Task No. 8).
Task No. 9 - OI Warszawa1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of appraisal reports in the scope of estimating the value of the categories of real estate indicated in Annex 1 to the framework agreement.
2. As part of the performance of services covered by the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the scope and purpose of valuation specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement (regarding Task No. 9).
