The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging, skidding and timber undercarriage, to be carried out in the Chojnów Forest District in 2019 in the forestry: Podkowa Leśna and Młochów.

The scope of work includes the following activities:

1. Logging: 9,962.72 nh; Large-scale logging: 5 428 m 3 ; wood chassis: 60 m 3 ; difficult trees surcharge: 100 pcs;

2. Forest breeding: man-hours in breeding: 6,445.30 rh; tractor hours in breeding: 120.79 ch; chipping ground: 104.88 ch;

3. Forest protection: man-hours in forest protection: 805.66 rh; tractor hours in forest protection: 29.80 ch; execution of fencing: 1572 mb;

4. Fire protection: cleaning the area along roads: 9.40 rh; tractor hours in fire protection: 3 ch; man hours in fire protection: 3 rh;

5. Forest road maintenance: 336 rh

The scope of work includes the following activities:

1. Logging: 16,906.37 nh; Large-scale logging: 8 942 m 3 ; wood chassis: 120 m 3 ; difficult trees surcharge: 50 pcs;

2. Forest breeding: man-hours in breeding: 5,613.12 rh; tractor hours in breeding: 143.06 ch; chopping of logging areas: 143.92 ch;

3. Forest protection: man-hours in forest protection: 529.05 rh; tractor hours in forest protection: 37.19 ch;

4. Fire protection: cleaning the area along roads: 266.01 rh; tractor hours in fire protection: 2 ch; operating hours in fire protection: 2 rh;

5. Forest road maintenance: 384 rh
