The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, secondary forest use, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management as well as maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails, to be carried out in the Niepołomice Forest District in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding as well as hunting, meadow and agricultural management, nursery and seeds, mechanical soil preparation for performance in the Niepołomice Forest District in 2023.
