The subject of the Contract is: Design and execution of construction works as part of the task entitled Construction of the Jedlicze – Szebnie railway link as part of the project entitled "Revitalization of the railway line No. 108 on the Jasło - Nowy Zagórz section together with the construction of the Jedlicze – Szebnie railway link"

1. The subject of the Contract is the execution of the following elements: Design and execution of construction works as part of the task entitled Construction of the Jedlicze – Szebnie railway link as part of the project entitled "Revitalization of the railway line No. 108 on the Jasło - Nowy Zagórz section together with the construction of the Jedlicze – Szebnie railway link"

The entire subject of the Order includes the implementation of the following elements:

1) Project documentation

2) works within the scope described in the PFU

3) carry out the process of assessing the conformity of structural subsystems in the scope covered by the contract at each stage (design, construction and final trials of the subsystem) and forward the relevant EC verification declarations and EC verification certificates for subsystems.

2. A detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is presented in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) constituting Volume III of the Terms of Reference

3. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the Act. The scope of contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the Act and the conditions under which they will be awarded are determined by the PFU.
