As an employer, the district of Wolfenbüttel must appoint a company doctor in accordance with § 3 ASIG and an occupational safety specialist in accordance with § 6 ASIG for the tasks of occupational health and safety. Since the tasks from the company's own staff are not affordable, it is intended to award the contract externally for 4 years. In principle, on-site support should take place in the properties of the district. For occupational medical examinations that cannot be carried out on the premises of the district, suitable rooms must be available within a maximum radius of 40 km.
