Renovation of the building located at 153 Jedności Narodowej Street in Wrocław.

The scope of the object of the order includes:

1) repair of the staircase,

2) replacement of window joinery in common parts of the building,

3) sanitary and construction works in commercial premises,

4) renovation of residential premises (vacant buildings) No. 7 and No. 14-15,

5) the construction of the room of the heat node together with the necessary installations,

6) repair and reconstruction of sanitary installations including:

(a) the conversion of the heating method for heating fed from the urban grid with the dismantling of current heat sources in the premises,

(b) the installation of hot water and circulation in the building together with the dismantling of the current sources for the preparation of hot water,

(c) reconstruction of cold water and sewerage systems,

d) construction of water supply connections for buildings at 153, 153A, 153B, 155B Jedności Narodowej Street and sewage connections,

7) preparation of energy performance certificates for residential premises (vacant buildings) No. 7 and No. 14-15, in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law and the Act of 29 August 2014 on the energy performance of buildings and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 27 February 2015 on the methodology for determining the energy performance of a building or part of a building and energy performance certificates,

8) execution, delivery and assembly of the "information board for the duration of construction" - in accordance with the "Instructions for the Contractor, Rules for investment marking in the field of information for residents" together with the patterns of the boards.
