With regard to the European tender "graphic design and design", 1 lot has been established. The services requested within this tender include services in the field of graphic design and design of online and offline means of communication. These intended services are used for the internal, corporate and (marketing) communication objectives of the Kennisnet Foundation and its collaborating partners in various programs.
The hiring of external communication consultants is done through an already existing master agreement and therefore falls outside the scope of this tender.
The contract value partly depends on the approval of future grant applications and additional funding. Expenditure on graphic design and design services is expected to be 50% higher than foreseen in the current work. The Contract Value is therefore estimated at € 800,000 (up to a maximum of € 1,200,000) over 4 years.
Purpose of the tender
The tender must lead to the selection of a number of contracting parties for the services to be provided for Kennisnet in this tender: This consideration is awarded to a maximum of 3 contracting parties; A maximum of 5 parties will be admitted to the award phase.
Kennisnet attaches great importance to the relationship with the service providers to be selected and is therefore looking for a flexible and high-quality service organization.
The following objectives are intended with the present tender:
1. (further) increasing the quality of communication activities and the resulting means of communication;
2. the efficient procurement of graphic design and design support;
3. unburdening Kennisnet employees in the realization of the communication tools of Kennisnet corporate and for the programs Digitally Safe Foundation Education, Impulse Open Learning Material and possibly Digital Literacy conducted by Kennisnet.

For services and supplies in the field of Graphic Design and Design, one should think of:
- Realizing resources for online use. Such as: images, illustrations, icons, infographics, thinking plates, posters, step-by-step plans, digital collages, (post)processing photos, powerpoint presentation templates, publications in pdf form, presentation backgrounds, flyers, program diagrams, tables. All online products must comply with the accessibility requirements as set out in the most recent WCAG guidelines.
- Realizing resources for offline use. Such as: layout of publications, posters, thinking plates, images, flyers, roll banners, promotional material, program flyers / booklets.
- Additional assignments include, for example, content and editing, online advertising or interaction design of websites and web services.
- Project management in the development and realization of multiple (communication) resources at the same time.
- Monitoring the corporate identity.
- Advice on graphic design and design: thinking along with the team from Kennisnet and advising on assignments that do not yet have a concrete form.
- Fast switching and execution of assignments in a short period of time
