The Grand Port Maritime du Havre has acquired a port crane for its Eure shapes site in order to meet the lifting needs linked to the ship repair activity in shape and to their securing. Given the load descents of the crane, it must be able to circulate on the existing median. For information, the translation of the crane towards the south of form 5 generated deformations on the first pass. The GPMH therefore decided to initiate reinforcement work allowing in fine the use of this crane on the Terre-Plein des Forms de l'Eure.
The purpose of this contract is to reinforce the Terre-Plein and includes the VRD works and in particular all the preparatory works, the demolition and earthworks operations as well as the implementation of a structure ensuring a bearing capacity in adequacy with the translation. of the crane. It more particularly includes earthworks, evacuation and substitution of materials in place over 0.70 m thick; the implementation of a 0.50 m thick subgrade to ensure a minimum load-bearing capacity of 50 MPa, supplemented by 0.12 m of asphalt gravel and 0.08 m of asphalt concrete; and the realization of road markings and the right-of-way of the taxiway.
