It concerns the new construction of an indoor swimming pool in Simmern / Hunsrück, Rhineland-Palatinate.

The planned indoor pool has a maximum extension of approx. 51.5 m x 33.5 m and a maximum floor area of approximately 1,725 m². The building is built on two floors. The ground floor is planned in massive construction. The supporting structure of the upper floor is to be manufactured in steel construction. The roof is designed as a flat roof. The exterior walls are to be made of wooden glue boards with superior outer shell.
