- lot 2: concept testing of new products / new proposals for existing products - qualitative study,

- lot 4: evaluation of the sales potential of new products / new proposals for existing products - quantitative study with estimation of sales volumes.
UX Studies
- lot 5: users tests: tests of websites / mobile applications / other user interfaces / games - qualitative study + quantitative study.
National lottery performance evaluation (games)
- lot 6: satisfaction measurement (points of sale / National Lottery customers) - qualitative study + quantitative study.
Performance evaluation of the distribution network
- lot 7: Mystery Shopping at points of sale (responsible gambling) - quantitative study,
- lot 8: Mystery Shopping of points of sale (quality of service) - quantitative study.
Online surveys
- lot 9: online survey software - quantitative study.
Analytics
- lot 10: Big data analytics within the framework of market studies - quantitative study.
