The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

• Providing a SIS with the requested functionality.

• Setting up and implementing the SIS.

• Converting the available data as far as possible.

The demand concerns a standardized modular SIS for our institution with a broad standard package that supports core administrative registration and support for guidance processes within the institution. This includes at least the functional areas:

• Sign in.

• Intake.

• Administration.

• BPV.

• Manage groups.

• Examination.

• Diplomas.

• Guide.

• Report absenteeism (in and absence).

• External exchange.

• Educate (Education Content, Transfer).

The size of the assignment can be deduced from the number of MBO students. That's about 3800.
