The scope of the FPS is to commission services for:

• People with complex mental health (MH) conditions, (aged 16 and over), including those with a substance dependency and distressed behaviours

• People who have complex dementia;

Primarily the framework will offer support solutions for people who we currently struggle to find the right kind of support for in the local community due to a number of contributing factors, and it is anticipated that once the framework is live with a number of selected providers, work will then take place around co-design of future support solutions both in the short, medium and long term.
