The purpose of the contract is to establish three framework agreements for works on purchase orders concerning works to be carried out on the sanitation infrastructure (wastewater and rainwater networks) on the territory of the Cannes Pays de Lérins agglomeration:-Works on the sanitation infrastructure for projects to renew or extend pipes or civil engineering works (Lot A);-Works to rehabilitate the sewerage networks by lining structuring (Lot B);-Emergency intervention works on sanitation infrastructure (Lot C)

Lot A is for works on sewerage infrastructure for the renewal or extension of pipes or civil engineering works.The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount of EUR 6,000,000 excluding tax over 48 months (4 years), the firm duration of the contract. The contract is a framework agreement with multi-awarded purchase orders, concluded with two economic operators (subject to the sufficient number of candidates)

Lot B is for the rehabilitation of the sewerage networks by means of structuring lining. The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount of EUR 2,000,000 excluding VAT over 48 months (4 years), the firm duration of the contract. The contract is a framework agreement with multi-awarded purchase orders, concluded with two economic operators (subject to the sufficient number of candidates)

Lot C is for emergency response work on the sanitation infrastructure. The Framework Agreement was signed without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount of EUR 1,500,000 excluding VAT over 48 months (4 years), the firm duration of the contract. The contract is a framework agreement with multi-awarded purchase orders, concluded with two economic operators (subject to the sufficient number of candidates)
