This is a framework agreement with an order form entered into without a minimum amount and without a maximum amount according to the open call for tenders procedure in application of articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code de public procurement (CCP) and concluded with a single economic operator. The framework agreement has been made for the group of orders: Department of Aube (coordinator of the group) and the municipalities of Aube (see list attached to the DCE).

Place of performance: within the jurisdiction of each Local Planning Service (SLA) of the Department of Aube. Duration of the framework agreement: from notification to 12.31.2021 and tacitly renewable three times, for one year, on 1.1.2022, 2023 and 2024. Variants: not authorized. Provisional notification date: 1.1.2021, estimated annual need: 1,542,150 EUR excluding tax, ie 6,168,600 EUR excluding tax over the entire duration of the framework agreement in the event of renewal.
