The subject of the contract is the delivery with the installation of street lighting in the Municipality of Poronin, carried out as part of the project "Modernization and construction of street lighting using LED technologies with elements of Christmas illumination in the Municipality of Poronin" and under the program: Government Fund for Local Investment.

The order includes: 1) execution of the executive design and agreement with the local Distribution System Operator – TAURON Dystrybucja SA Zakopane Region, before the start of the installation and conclusion of an agreement with the DSO on cooperation in the modernization of road and street lighting, 2) dismantling of 800 pcs. existing luminaires, 3) delivery of LED street lighting fixtures, in accordance with the submitted offer, in place of installation works in the number of 810 pcs. (modernization of existing luminaires of 800 pcs. + construction of 10 pcs. luminaires), having the functionality of a variable power profile and autonomous change of the power reduction profile. The level of programming of the 24 h cycle power supply of the supplied luminaire should take into account both the requirements of the PN-EN 13201:2016 street lighting standard or an equivalent reference system as well as the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws No. 93/2007, item 623, as amended), 4) installation of supplied outdoor lighting fixtures on booms and poles in accordance with the "Description of requirements" concerning the efficiency and functionality of the modernization of street lighting in the Municipality of Poronin" (tables), in the number of 810 pcs.,5) delivery and installation of Christmas lighting fixtures in the number of 100 pcs., which will be installed in places indicated by the Ordering Party. Christmas illuminations should be installed by 15.12.2022, 6) during the installation of luminaires, if the light of the light point is limited by tree branches, the obstacle should be removed by trimming, 7) installation of power cords (luminaire - protection) with a length of approx. 4 m per set for overhead line poles and approx. 12 m per set for cable line poles, 8) installation of protection for all luminaires: fuse insert 4A, 9) installation of overhead fuses in the number of 657 pcs. and insulated cable connectors in the number of 143 sets, 10) replacement of AL/Cu current terminals for all luminaires on overhead lines (657 pcs.). At the connector on a non-insulated line, use a clamp adapted for installation on non-insulated lines, at the connector on the insulated line, a clamp adapted for assembly, 11) replacement of booms with galvanized single-arm for luminaires modernized on overhead lines with geometric parameters resulting from photometric calculations, fixed above the line, and in justified cases, when assembly above the line is impossible – under the power line – in the number of 657 pcs., 12) construction of steel poles of road lighting in the number of 6 pcs., construction of overhead line poles in the number of 6 pcs., total length of the cable line 327 m, total length of the overhead line 177 m: a) Small Quiet: cable line length 327 m, 6 pcs. steel poles with a height of 8m with a single-arm boom of 1.0 m and a foundation, 6 pcs. street luminaires with a power of 38W, b) Nowe Bystre - Zagrody: overhead line AsXSn 2x25 length 177 m, 6 pcs. columns type EPV 10,5/4, 4 pcs. street luminaires with a power of 38W, 4 pcs. luminaire booms with a length of 1.0 m, 13) measurements of the effectiveness of shock protection, 14) measurements of the earth resistance and insulation of wires and cables, 15) measurements of illuminance for five sections of modernized lighting indicated by the Ordering Party, 16) measurements of installed power and something φ for all modernized lighting circuits, 17) checking the continuity of the wires of power cables, 18) making temporary designs traffic organization with its introduction, if required, 19) preparation of as-built documentation for luminaires subject to replacement.
