The Contracting Authority wants to invite tenderers to a contest for the delivery of offers on framework agreement for construction manager and SHE Coordinator, primarily in construction, roads, water and sewage where Nøtterøy kommune is the General Contractor.

It is possible to submit tender offers on the following 2 disciplines:

— Roads, water and sewerage

— Building.

The volume is estimated to be approx. 1 500 000 NOK per annum combined for all of the framework agreement tenderers. The given scopes are estimates based on figures from recent years. The given estimate does not constitute any minimum purchase obligation. A typical project will be approx. 30 hours per month, where 1 is at the construction site 2 to 3 times per week, so travelling distance to the municipality will be important.

The contract period is 2 years, with an option on 1 year + 1 year. The Contracting Authority retains the right, without the tenderer's agreement, to transfer the agreement to a new municipality in the event of a municipal merger. If it is not practical for the Contracting Authority to transfer the agreement, the Contracting Authority may terminate the agreement with 3 months written warning.
