The commune of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is a coastal town of about 13,000 inhabitants located to the east of the Alpes-Maritimes department, between Monaco and Menton. This consultation concerns the preparation and delivery of cold-linked meals for school and collective catering in the city. The services requested are detailed in the CCTP. Candidates are asked to present quality offers that comply with its requirements, particularly with regard to the sustainable development objectives set in the CCTP.

The missions entrusted to the incumbent are as follows:

- the development of menus;

- the preparation and preparation of meals in the kitchens of the company holding the contract;

- delivery of meals prepared to distribution points by the so-called “cold link” process to the various points of consumption.
