Helse Bergen HF intends to execute a full replacement and standardisation of defibrillators at Haukeland University Hospital and Voss Hospital. The Contracting Authority wants a quick and smooth replacement process that is carried out during the first quarter of the agreement. Further, the framework agreement should provide the possibility for supplementary purchasing and further standardisation of Helse Bergen HF throughout the entire agreement period. 3. Completely automatic defibrillators.
The equipment offered shall be delivered complete with the necessary accessories/consumables and additional equipment, ready to use.
Fitness equipment, as well as the necessary consumables for the fitness equipment, shall be included in the tender offer.
Intended use.
Through standardisation of defibrillators the Contracting Authority expects more effective and correct use of the equipment so that patient safety is safeguarded in an optimal manner.
The defibrillators shall be used intra-hospital and include monitoring of unstable patients, cardioversion of cardiac arrhythmias and the resuscitation of patients with cardiac arrest.
All monitoring and therapy functions on the requested defibrillator types must be able to be adapted so that they can be used on both children and adults.
