The States of Jersey Hospital ICU Department performs on average 800 blood filtrations per annum. These are divided between 3 current machines. The Renal Unit will also use a machine to perform therapeutic plasma exchange when required. These machines are now at the end of their projected financial capital life. As well as outright purchase we wish to explore other models of acquisition such as rental or loan (with commitment to consumable purchase). Agreements for long term servicing and supply of consumables will also be expected.
