The contract, divided into 5 (five) lots, concerns the stipulation of a framework agreement, pursuant to art. 54 paragraph 4, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the assignment of the supply of infusion delivery systems for insulin. For each lot of the procedure a prevalent activity was defined, relating to the supply of devices and instruments for infusion and a secondary activity, estimated at 5% of the total amount of the individual lot and relating to the services connected to the supply.
